Hawaiʻi Food & Wine Festival marks 15 years with statewide celebration and new industry summit
The 15th Annual Hawaiʻi Food & Wine Festival returns this fall with expanded programming across three islands and a new industry summit, marking a milestone year for one of the state’s premier culinary events.
Running from Oct. 17 to Nov. 2, 2025, the festival will feature events on the Island of Hawaiʻi, Maui and Oʻahu.
A program of the Hawaiʻi Ag & Culinary Alliance, the festival hosts more than 150 chefs, winemakers, mixologists and culinary leaders from across the globe. The 2025 chef lineup includes newcomers Leah Cohen, Nini Nguyen and Aarón Sánchez, alongside returning names like Roy Yamaguchi, Masaharu Morimoto and Sheldon Simeon.
The Festival opens with the inaugural Cuisines of the Sun Golf Classic hosted by Alan Wong at Mauna Kea Golf Course on Hawaiʻi Island. Maui’s weekend of events includes the Southern Seafood Sunday hosted by Aarón Sánchez and the 27th Annual Roy Yamaguchi Golf Classic. The Festival culminates on Oʻahu with signature tastings and the debut FEAST Summit—a one-day conference focused on Food, Education, Agriculture, Sustainability and Tourism. The summit will feature a networking lunch honoring chefs of the original Hawai‘i Regional Cuisine movement and rising culinary talent.
